Welcome to Happy Hoppers Enrichment Centre. These Terms and Conditions govern your child’s enrollment and your use of our website (https://happyhopper.online) and facility. By enrolling your child in our daycare or signature enrichment programmes, or by using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. Admissions & Enrollment

• Application: Submission of an inquiry form or booking a campus tour does not guarantee admission. Admissions are subject to seat availability and are finalized only after completing the physical admission form and paying the registration fee.
• Right to Refusal: Happy Hoppers reserves the right to deny admission or terminate enrollment if it is determined that our environment is not suitable for a child’s specific needs, or if parents/guardians fail to adhere to our policies.
• Documentation: Parents must provide accurate medical history, emergency contacts, and a copy of the child’s birth certificate during the admission process.

2. Fees & Payment Structure

• Registration Fee: The initial registration fee is strictly one-time and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Monthly Fees: All monthly fees for daycare and enrichment classes must be paid by the 5th of every month.
• Late Payments: Payments received after the due date may be subject to a late fee. Persistent failure to pay may result in the suspension of the child’s enrollment.
• Absences & Holidays: No deductions or refunds will be made from monthly fees for public holidays, center closures, or days when the child is absent due to illness or personal reasons.

3. Center Operating Hours & Drop-off/Pick-up

• Operating Hours: Our center operates from 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.
• Punctuality: Parents are expected to adhere strictly to the drop-off and pick-up timings corresponding to their child’s specific programme or daycare plan.
• Late Pick-up: A late pickup fee may be charged if a child is not picked up by the designated closing time or end of their class.
• Authorized Personnel: Children will only be handed over to parents or authorized guardians listed in the admission form. Any changes must be communicated to the center management in advance.

4. Health, Hygiene & Safety

• Sick Child Policy: To maintain a healthy environment, children showing symptoms of contagious illness (fever, severe cough, vomiting, conjunctivitis, etc.) must be kept at home. The center reserves the right to send a sick child home to protect other children.
• Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, Happy Hoppers will immediately contact the parents/guardians. If they cannot be reached, the center is authorized to take necessary emergency medical actions.
• Hygiene Kits: Parents of daycare children must provide a labeled bag with an extra set of clothes, a water bottle, and necessary personal hygiene items daily.

5. Code of Conduct

• Parental Conduct: We expect parents and guardians to interact respectfully with our mentors, staff, and other children. Aggressive or abusive behavior towards center staff will lead to immediate termination of the child’s enrollment.
• Personal Belongings: Happy Hoppers is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, including jewelry, toys, or electronic devices brought from home. We highly recommend keeping such items at home.

6. Photography & Media Consent

Happy Hoppers occasionally takes photographs and videos of children participating in enrichment activities, campus events, and playtime for use in our promotional materials, website, and social media pages. By enrolling your child, you grant consent for this usage. If you wish to opt-out, you must provide a written request to the center management at the time of admission.

7. Modifications to Terms

Happy Hoppers Enrichment Centre reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions, including fee structures and operating policies, at any time. Parents will be notified of significant changes via email or notice board announcements.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
